The mac and cheese selection is now what it used to be when I was growing up, and that's a good thing! Look for organic mac and cheese that is made with grass-fed cheese. Only a couple brands have this, and the nutritional profile of grass-fed cheese is the best you can get. When it comes to gluten free mac and cheese, look for ones made with whole grains and are complex carbs.
