BEST RECRUITING NICHES FOR 2020

So indeed.com just released what they are seeing to be the most in demand jobs!

….Meaning people are either posting these the most, these jobs are getting the most hits when people apply or both.

The bottom line, the data im about to share with you is what indeed says are the top niches and** the exact jobs within those niches.

I don’t know about you but i think this is some pretty valuable information for recruiters!

THE NICHE LIST

1. Healthcare:

home health aide
nurses assistant
medical technologist
physicians assistant
nurses

2. TECHNOLOGY

operations research analysts
information security analysts
software developers - specifically app developers
scrum masters

3. GENERAL LABOR

material handler
forklift driver
warehouse worker
picker
packer
essentially just any logistics employee
construction laborers

4. The last of the categories that indeed mentions is hospitality which is sort of unimpressive, because we already know this niche is pretty in demand it’s just not usually a niche that you want to touch unless you’re doing temp or something like that.

These jobs include, bartender, server, cook, things of that nature

To summarize, in my personal opinion 2020 from a niche perspective is going to look pretty close to what 2019 looked like.

Aside from what i just mentioned there aren’t any wild and new niches that are in super crazy demand right now.

thats not to say that we get into 2020 and all of a sudden drone pilots is like the number one job in America, we never know, but we can predict pretty well where things are.

ONE PIECE OF ADVICE: If you are a beginning recruiter, or a seasoned recruiter, just make sure you have a niche, or an idea of a niche that you want to be in.

Don’t float around too much and let yourself get into a hundred different things and burn yourself out.
