Daniel shows you a new recipe for Dakdoritang or dak bokkeum tang (Spicy Braised Chicken recipe). This one has a much more balanced spice in comparison to our older Dakdoritang recipe. Using grated onions and honey instead of sugar really added just the right amount of sweetness. In addition, we cut down the amount of gochugaru and replaced it with gochujang for a more full-bodied flavor. The result was ... glorious!
