Take a Break Every Now And Then!

Because that Etika video was getting alot of attention, I decided to do a follow up video. Like if I were to continue my normal uploads and stuff, it would've felt weird to me. So I made a video that gives my advice on how to deal with overwhelming situations and the things that come that mindset!
