A colourful wedding banquet was held Saturday for same-sex newlyweds after they were married in Taiwan on Friday. More than 360 couples tied the knot after parliament passed a bill endorsing the unions one week prior.
The passage of the bill came after years of heated debate over marriage equality that divided the self-ruled and democratic island.
