Fallout 4 finishing the needs of the minutemen at sanctuary

This is the second part of the renovations of sanctuary. I will however build it up more but for the time being this will do.

Survival difficulty:
No auto saves, quick saves, fast travel, and you must maintain proper sleep and nutrition.
