It's high time to bring forth genuine leaders in same caliber

The victory in the recent battles against the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) was due to the collective efforts of the armed forces, police, Civil Defence Services (CDF) and the people. Nobody can claim the credit as that of a single person, says Prime Minister Ratnasiri Wickramanayaka.
