Students of Mapoly plead against scrapping of institution

Ogun State Government has refuted the allegation made against it by a socio-economic group in Egbaland, Abeokuta Club, that its decision to scrap the Moshood Abiola University of Science and Technology was meant to hurt the Egba interest, describing the claim as grossly unfair.

Also, the Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics and the Students Union Government of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta warned Abeokuta Club against engaging in actions capable of changing the current position of the polytechnic.
