Without progressive overload your workouts won't be as efficient! .
Progressive overload is the practice of changing your weights, reps, and/or sets to make your exercises more difficult in order to force your muscles to adapt.
.
You should change up your workouts regularly, but not by changing all the exercises. Without manipulating the weight, reps, or sets in the exercises you regularly perform you will not get the full benefit of those exercises.
.
I'm not saying to never change the exercises in your workouts. I'm just saying you should give each exercise enough attention to force adaptation to them at higher levels before moving on to new exercises.
.
Practice good form in your exercises and change the weight, sets, and/or reps around for the most effective workouts for reaching your fitness goals!
