Last night i tested all events for the next summit. The most time i spend on the slalomtest, not just because slaloms are my favourite skilltests but also because i tried different specs. Inbetween i recalibrated 2 or 3 scorebreaker-sets, so you can skip some parts.
To be honest i'm not really sure which spec to use in this test. The worldrecord is driven with a Divo, my best results were in a dragster and a streetrace-bike (both about 1200 points behind the worldrecord). I will test a bit more and will see what the best spec or vehicle for this test is. The major annoying part on this slalom-test is the traffic. So good luck on having no traffic when you do it.
The speedtrap was done in a matter of minutes. Just drive the direction the game wants you to drive it. The other 3 directions are not that useful as you see.
The aerobatic-skilltest is more difficult than the one currently in the summit. But with a scorebreakerset you should be save here. I didn't spend too much time on it, because you know...planes. (Same goes for the airrace btw, which we already had in one of the first summits.)
Financial District South is one of the streetraces i don't like, because it's an innercity-track in Manhattan with a lot of stuff you run over and some weird placed ramps. In the second run with the Corvette i show you the two shortcuts i know on this track. The first one can even be done a bit better when you get the corner there earlier.
The powerboat-race should be easy. I had it on platinum already, but i actually couldn't remember the race. Probably i did it a couple of months ago together with Luny.
Harlem West should be a known track. For me this track belongs to the same category as Financial District South. ...nuff said ;)
That leaves us to the two races we have to do with a Lambo. So far i had none of the Lambo-touringcars. So i bought only the Huracan Super Trofeo seen we need it anyway in the mixed event. This version of the Huracan seems not as good as it's equivalents in SR and HC, but maybe i just didn't found fitting settings for it. As you see i tried several settings but couldn't get a noticable improvement. So i can't say if it is the car itself or just wrong settings. But we will see when the summit is live.
final two cents: This summit is not one of my favs so far. The races are more annoying and boring to me then most of the last events. I will definitely put not that much effort in it.
