Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Nepalese counterpart KP Oli will jointly inaugurate the India-Nepal cross-border petroleum pipeline today. This will happen via video conferencing. The pipeline runs between Motihari in Bihar and Amlekhgunj in Nepal.
