Omosede Igbinedion asks A|C to set aside tribunal judgment

The PDP Candidate for the Ovia Federal Constituency in the February twenty-third, 2019 general election, Barrister Omosede Igbinedion has asked the court of appeal to set aside the judgement of the Election Petition Tribunal which refused to uphold the merit in her petition.

This was the submission of counsel to Barrister Omosede Igbinedion during today’s proceeding at the Court of Appeal sitting in Benin.
