Pakistan has handed over to India the final draft agreement for the Kartarpur Sahib corridor, but has refused to drop the service fee of $20 (Rs 1,400 approx) for Indian pilgrims.
The draft agreement was handed over to the Indian High Commission in Islamabad last week. India had asked for the fee to be waived, but Pakistan says that the amount is needed to meet operational costs for the corridor.
