Kuss Rd: Nothing To See Here | Photo Enhancement | Making A Murderer

In 2007, Steven Avery and Brenden Dassey were sent to life in prison for the 2005 murder of Teresa Halbach. Recently obtained photos (via the freedom of information act) reveal undoubtedly that the crime scene evidence used to convict Avery and Dassey was not disclosed to the Jury in full.

The entire investigation hinged on the crime scene being located 100% on the Avery property, when we now have clear photos that the MAIN investigation was surrounding an area on Kuss Rd, a mile and half from the Avery property.

The question of actual guilt or actual innocence isn't the only thing at stake here. As citizens, we can not let Law Enforcement withhold evidence in trials. Guilty or innocent, these men, and the public have a right to a new trial with all evidence submitted.
