Thinking about trying intermitting fasting, but not sure which length of fasting is right for you? A lot of people hear about how amazing a 16, 18, or 20+ hour fast is, but for a lot of people it can seem a little intimidating to not eat for that long. Well, in this video, I will break down the benefits of trying a shorter, 12 hour fast. No need to jump right into a multi-day fast when you can slowly work your way up, starting with a 12-hour!
