Elderly Driver Ought to Stop Driving (Dangerous)

Here i am driving on the A6 through Stockport. I am fully laden when i am forced into an emergency stop by an elderly driver who has driven in a clearly marked right turn lane. Even though i have my horns blaring at him he just carries on with his manoeuvre. Then a few moments later he does it again.
