Trying to clone a beer I've never actually tasted. Always tricky but then, if I could buy them then would I want to clone it?. This is a chicken and egg situation except the original version is very much the chicken. Or is it the egg? Always confused me that one. There are quite a few different recipes for this out there but this is my version which is not a straight clone of any of them.
