জয় বাংলাকে রাষ্ট্রীয় স্লোগান ঘোষণায় একমত হাইকোর্ট | Joy Bangla slogan mandatory in state program

জয় বাংলাকে রাষ্ট্রীয় স্লোগান হিসেবে ঘোষণার বিষয়ে একমত হয়েছেন হাইকোর্ট।

মঙ্গলবার (১০ ডিসেম্বর) আদালত বলেছে, ১৪ জানুয়ারি শুনানি শেষে এ বিষয়ে চূড়ান্ত রায় দেয়া হবে। তবে আগামী ১৬ ডিসেম্বর থেকে রাষ্ট্রীয় সব অনুষ্ঠানে জয় বাংলা জাতীয় স্লোগান হিসেবে ব্যবহার করতে বলা হয়েছে।

এক রিট আবেদনের শুনানি শেষে বিচারপতি এফআরএম নাজমুল আহসান ও বিচারপতি কে এম কামরুল কাদেরের বেঞ্চ এ আদেশ দেন। এ দিন শুনানিতে অ্যার্টনি জেনারেল মাহবুবে আলমসহ সিনিয়র আইনজীবীরা জয় বাংলাকে রাষ্ট্রীয় স্লোগান হিসেবে সংবিধানের অন্তভুক্ত করার পক্ষে মত দেন।
