A tussle is brewing between Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar and Home Minister Anil Vij. Days after the Chief Minister website reportedly showed the CID as being under his control, Home Minister Anil Vij has now said that governments don’t run on websites but on the basis of the rule of law.
