"First point is responsibilities and representations. Who does all? Well, let's be very very clear because this comes up more and more these days. You're the property owner, whoever is on the title when you pull out the records is the property owner. That person has a legal responsibility for the
property. Those responsibilities will incur things like property taxes, HO dues, insurance those always remain the property owners' responsibility to pay them. They are not the property managers, we do get as the law once you take up management, do you take off the payment of this? No!always stay the responsibility of the property owner unless there is a separate agreement for that. So please don't automatically think if it comes if you consider a property manager that, that payment will
be taken over by the property manager. More often on entities, not because it remains as the owner's responsibility."
