Katcy is a unknown entity that hides inside Tacky's mind, while it is unknown on how/when she became a part of Tacky one thing for sure is what she has in mind is no good. Katcy will often break people's minds by making them have illusions/nightmares about there deep memories even haunting them through the daytime giving them negative thoughts about themselves, this will make the person go stressed out and eventually mentally weak giving her the chance to take over. While it may seem odd but Katcy doesnt really hate Tacky that much, she treats her more like a host and wants to be her. Katcy can be released whenever Tacky feels depressed, stressed or even mad.
