Japanese Prime Minister Prime Minister Shinzo Abe is considering cancelling his trip to India scheduled to begin on Sunday, Japan’s Jiji Press has reported. Shinzo Abe was to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Guwahati for a summit on December 15.
